ASIF.SHOP LLC ("we," "us" or "our") operates ASIF.SHOP and AnitaSimmons.com, including our bracelet brand, lifestyle content and A Special Interview From... interview series. Information we collect

Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, account information, purchase details, preferences, messages, newsletter subscriptions and comments. Do not submit confidential information or sensitive personal information through public comments.

Our websites and service providers may automatically collect IP addresses, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral sources, pages viewed, clicks and other usage information. Email tools may collect delivery, open and click information, depending on their configuration.

When you participate in an interview or submit media, we may collect your name, biography, likeness, voice, statements and supplied materials. Recording and publication permissions are addressed in a separate release.

Service providers and other disclosures

We disclose relevant information to providers supporting website hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, order fulfillment, security and technical support. We use Squarespace and Squarespace Analytics, Google Analytics, email marketing services, payment processors and embedded YouTube videos.

Providers may process information on our behalf or for their own purposes depending on the service and applicable terms. Their privacy notices explain their practices. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights and safety, with your permission or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable law. A sponsor does not automatically receive your contact information merely because it sponsors an interview. Any actual sponsor data disclosure must be described and supported by an appropriate legal basis.

Public comments and published interviews can be viewed, copied and redistributed by others. Avoid posting information you do not want to make public.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies support site operation, preferences, analytics and, if enabled, advertising. Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics help us understand website use. YouTube embeds may disclose device, usage and identifier information to Google or YouTube, depending on embed settings and whether you interact with them.

You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect site functions. Where required, nonessential technologies will be subject to consent or applicable opt-out controls. Google provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This add-on does not control all other technologies.

Advertising and Use of Personal Information

ASIF.SHOP LLC promotes its brands through paid and unpaid advertising, social media and email marketing. We do not upload customer or subscriber contact lists to advertising platforms to create custom or similar audiences, and we do not use website visitor information to retarget visitors with advertisements.

We use Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics to understand website activity and improve our content and services. Embedded YouTube videos may also collect information through Google or YouTube, as described in the Cookies and Analytics section.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in each email.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Necessary order and service messages may continue.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion and opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. Submit requests to anitalynnsimmons@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We may need information reasonably necessary to verify identity or an authorized representative’s authority. Please do not email government identity documents unless we arrange a secure method.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, fraud prevention, transaction records or other lawful exceptions. Where an appeal right applies, reply with the subject "Privacy Appeal" and explain why you disagree; we will provide an appeal response within the required period and any required complaint instructions. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation, and any settlement imposing obligations on an indemnified party requires that party’s written consent.

Concerns governing law and changes

Texas law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Subject to mandatory jurisdiction and consumer rights, disputes may be brought in state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas. No arbitration provision or class action waiver is imposed by these drafts. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted.
